Summary:
The Journeyman Analyst/Logistician Specialist
is assigned to the US Army Security Assistance Command at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL.
Description:
AVNIK Defense Solutions, Inc. is seeking experienced
Logistics Analysts, preferably with experience in US Army Security Assistance programs and, support the
development, execution, and management. of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. Successful candidates will have demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills,
and experience in a variety of logistics related activities to include tracking of FMS assets from FMS case implementation
to in-country delivery. Monitor FMS case status to insure timely delivery and initiate necessary steps
to document program/delivery changes. Monitor all aspects of logistics support to include end item delivery, follow-on spare
parts, and training. Prepare necessary reports to support program management reviews and briefings. Provide technical, operational.
And administrative support to foreign liaison officers.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Six years logistics/technical experience with experience in FMS/Security Assistance
policies and programs preferred.. Bachelor’s degree in related logistics/technical discipline or high school plus eight
years minimum direct experience .
Additional Requirements:
Ability to successfully complete Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education, Employment, Credit
and Driving Records Checks for continued employment. Must be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance. Possession of an INTERIM SECRET security clearance
is required to begin employment; Ability to maintain a SECRET security clearance is required for continued employment; US
Citizenship is required.
