AVNIK Defense Solutions, Inc. is a prime contractor for Army and Navy small business innovative research (SBIR) Phase I and Phase II projects and a subcontractor for Army Aviation engineering services. Formed in January 2006, AVNIK is a privately held Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) Sub-Chapter S Corporation.  AVNIK personnel have strong engineering and military backgrounds supporting DoD weapons systems lifecycle management.
