Dynamic executive with over 28 years of professional experience combining strong backgrounds in domestic and international program management, engineering, and logistics. Progressive experience includes commercial and military program strategic planning, systems design/development, systems analysis and managing innovative solutions to complicated systems and organizational challenges in a wide area of technologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Adept at working in a diverse workforce, including government personnel, with established ability to multi task. Proficient at developing and providing presentations to an audience of government and customer personnel.  Master's degree in business administration from Florida Institute of Technology, and baccalaureate graduate in electrical engineering from University of Central Florida.

Technical, programmatic, and logistics acquisition expertise for strategic, implementation/execution, and operational planning of Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) & other technical initiatives, such as embedded diagnostics, prognostics, and Structural Usage-Based Maintenance.

Don Platt - Vice President

Don is a graduate of the University of Missouri @ St. Louis (BA) and Webster University (MBA). He spent 28 years in logistics at the US Army Aviation Systems Command (AVSCOM) 23 of those years were spent in Foreign Military Sales (FMS). His career in FMS included serving as the FMS Case Manager for the Imperial Iranian Army Aviation program.

Don was selected as the first civilian Director of the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) at AVSCOM and during his tenure as Director he oversaw the first sale of the AH-64 Apache to the Government of Israel and the commencement of the Army Aviation Program for the Royal Saudi Arabian Land Forces.
